Alabama fans crying because they can’t stack 4 and 5 stars 3 deep with 40k dodges anymore. And now you’re even turning on your homie for speaking the truth. This shite is awesome.

Dalton, the problem is its right before football season when all of the talk is about Alabama being 6th in preseason SEC standings and multiple people calling for DeBoers job in the media.

All of a sudden a bunch of "Bama" fans dont care about college football anymore.

It just looks like people fleeing the bandwagon.

Go to an Indiana message board and see if they are Debby downers right now.

It looks like that because that is precisely what is going on. Heck, there is one who has posted in this thread who made a thread after Saban resigned that he was done with college football and like clockwork he is in this thread talking about how he’s an NFL fan now

Everything was fine when Bama was paying everyone under the table

Exactly. Between the under the table payments and the tighter transfer restrictions, it was way easier for them to assemble talent and hold onto it. That’s how they built their program and now that it’s a free for all they don’t have a clue what to do

That must be why LSU has only had two decades in the 130 year history of LSU football that they had a winning record against Alabama in football. And why even if LSU won every single future Alabama/LSU game it would be 2057 before they tied the series at .500

The thread is about Alabama fans jumping ship.

The thread was created by an Alabama fan.

This douche then speaks about LSU.

Bama bandwagon fans ladies and gentlemen

What’s great is OP had some embarrassing meltdowns last season and talked all kinds of shite about DeBoer. Go look at his threads around the FSU loss now he’s a sunshine pumper and playing fandom police. He is stoking a full blown civil war on the Bama board

I was hard on DeBoer last season after FSU, but i see what he is doing now. I trust him and believe in him.

Cedarian Morgan and EJ Crowell. Remember the names.

I wish it were true. I have a Tua and Mac NFL jerseys thinking they'd be franchise QBs and now they look silly on my wall.

Almost like he wasn't playing through an injury the back part of the season.

So, average he tap danced through an extended personal interview with McVay and onto the Rams roster as a 1st round pick.

To your point in the OP, I am hardly going to stop watching CFB, but all college athletics have lost luster for me. Some of that is age. But, the majority of it is the change in dynamics. The mass roster turnover and sense of entitlement are not great for fans who like seeing athletes mature into players at their school, bleed their school colors themselves, and move on to be lifelong ambassadors of the program.

All for people finding the best situation for themselves. But, it affects the attraction to college sports in general, at least for me.
