This is essentially the same conversation I had with my wife this morning. No pics, sorry. I would much rather LSU have ridden herd over the Ags - from a SECCG perspective.

Funny how your team disappeared last Saturday when it mattered most. Typical Brian Kelly team.

First game since the opener basically where we had 3/4 of our two deep available to play. We are deep but also very young and it showed through this very painful year.

Looked like the LSU players were expecting A&M to just lie down. Then realized they had a fight on their hands. LSU was in good position to get the advantage in the 3rd but that scoop and score ended that. The non TD call was a back breaker. (have already put this in other threads but will put it here) I personally loathe the continuation on the catch call on the out of bound plays. Looks like he caught it and then lost it on the 3rd step when he was trying to avoid falling down. IMO, that should have been a TD, but then again the arm pin on Mohammad's one handed TD catch should have been a PI or hold as well. SEC officiation is shitty.

You are making too much sense today. Some people can’t see past winning it all or losing a few games. That’s why I avoid the Rant after a loss. Pure stupidity.

I don't think LSU disappeared, they were just outcoached and outplayed.

More credit should go to A&M. Jimbo had a heck of a game plan and the guys executed it.

Maybe he was right about not needing a new OC or system.

Lsu was lucky that Jefferson didn't play in the Arkansas game and MSU return team was drunk. Easily 5 loss season.

They seem to be getting used to losing in Kyle Field. They can’t even get up any enthusiasm for the game anymore.

I can't help it. I am a doomsday dawg or whatever is the opposite of a Disney dawg. I blame Ray Golff and Spurrier.

I definitely think LSU will perform better vs UGA after this loss. Is that a win? Idk, I do hope though.

I don't think you have to worry. Depth, thanks to the Ogre, is a huge issue as we saw this weekend. This team is tired. The cracks have been there for weeks, it was finally enough that they couldn't pull another one out. Georgia should handle up on us pretty easily.

It only speaks to how impressive Kelly has been with what he was given. It's been a good year.

Hopefully it a clean, well ref'd game, and nobody gets seriously hurt.

Beyond that, best of luck moving forward to whomever comes out on top.

It sucked, but it did not ruin our season. We all expected around 7-5. BK has done a pretty good job, but in the SEC it isn't easy to win every game. This league is full of talent and quality coaches.

We have a tall task ahead of us this weekend. I am looking at it as a learning experience for our young players. They get a chance to learn what this weekend entails and have a chance to win a SEC championship. In our first year of a rebuild, I will take it

It was bad way to end the regular season. Everyone knew aTm would be sky high for this game- as Brian Kelly warned. But for whatever reason, the Tigers weren't at their best, and the Aggies were. Hats off to them.

What fkg game were you watching? From the beginning A&M's line was finally run blocking for the RB....and...said running back ate your lunch. He didn't just run off tackle.
He constantly cut back, juked and even ran over your best defenders.

GTFOH with this bull shite revisionism. You sound like a fkg loser.

Take the loss and go on. Rehashing takes like this are embarrasing for you and your fellow Tigers. Enjoy the SEC championship game, your team earned it.

Just try not to give up your starfish to Georgia.

As an Aggie I honestly thought Kelly was a horrible choice for LSU, I just thought he didn’t fit culture wise with the program and I thought he was an “ok” coach!
What he did with LSU this season was outstanding, one can say he was lucky to have a good enough QB (I think he’s a pretty darn good QB) that gave you a chance to be in or win most games, and it helped to have some luck along the way……I think any team needs a break here and there to have an outstanding season.

Having said all that Kelly and his coaching staff did a hell of a job turning the program around in his first year!! Props to him and LSU for getting it right with the hire and for having a great season!!

Regarding the game, I feel like it was a trap game for LSU. They got caught looking past A&M and thinking about the SEC championship……..who can blame them, A&M was absolute dog shite all year long!! It was painful to watch us play…….and I mean painful!!

Good luck against Georgia!!

Didn't ruin the season. Playing in Atlanta despite Kelly's first year and lack of depth. He hasn't had a full recruiting cycle yet but class is pretty damn good already.

Thanks. And Texas A&M really sent a message about what their future can be when they are on fire. Probably saved a ton of internal and external respect in that game and really helped themselves out for next season.

Llights out play by Texas A&M. Weingartner, Moose and Achane were particularly incredible.

Daniels ended up in the worst place mentally that game. Obviously his running is phenom and when he’s confident and trusting his ability and his receivers he can sling it well, BUT when he’s not trusting his arm it makes him hesitate on his runs too and that really hurt his overall effectiveness.

LSU defense got their asses handed to them. Bad schemes, bad execution, shite tackling.
