I'll give the Aggies credit for winning. I don't think LSU was out coached or anything like that. LSU has one of the best defenses in college football and has suffocated much better quarterbacks and runningbacks. We got beat on the field. LSU thought they were gonna roll over aTm easily and got popped... It happens to some of the best teams out there, that's why most National champions have a loss before the season is over.
Look, we couldn't tackle to save our life, something that has not been a problem at LSU this year, on defense which cost is the game. aTm did have 2 miracle pass plays that had no reason to be caught in perfect coverage by moose, one for a TD and one to set up a score. LSU had a few drive killing easy drops on offense that cost us points. The picked up PI flag still pisses off everyone on this site, I think we can all agree frick these SEC refs. That killed a potential field goal drive. But all in all, LSU lost this game on defensive execution. aTm didn't outcoach LSU, they just executed simple run plays better than our guys could defend for whatever reason. It sucks, LSU played like shite and aTm played their most complete game of the season by far.
At least we have the SEC championship game to lose this weekend! GEAUX TIGERS!

36/121 nationally based on raw numbers. When adjusted for strength of opponent, FEI for example, had us at #9. LSU has also held some of the best running backs in the country to half their per game and or per play average. Shut down guys like Judkins, Gibbs, Sanders,the guy from UAB, the FSU guys. All of those guys are either better or similar to Achane (top 25 college backs).

Didn't ruin the season. Playing in Atlanta despite Kelly's first year and lack of depth. He hasn't had a full recruiting cycle yet but class is pretty damn good already.
Daniels is a playmaker with his legs but Kelly needs a better trigger man to consistently deliver to WRs. Kelly can recruit QBs.

Yes, I’m pissed that LSU lost that game but I’m thrilled with the season LSU had and the future of LSU Football.

Which one of the 50/68 standard outside run plays did Jimbo call that you would say we're good coaching? Jimbo didn't coach shite that game. They lined up and ran the ball outside 75% of the time and we missed the first 3 tackles every single fricking snap. Our guys were there and were making good contact. They just kept whiffing the tackle. We couldn't even tackle their backup RB FFS. Our defense DID NOT EXECUTE. fricking UMASS played aTm harder on defense and they are arguably the worst team in football.

A coach can only rah rah so much. The players have to mentally be prepared for every single game. You think Kelly was any less hard on his players this week in preparation than let's say the Bama week for example? I highly doubt. You can't MAKE these kids not look down on lesser opponents. You can only try your best to convince them to play as hard versus a team that isnt even bowl eligible as a team that likely will win the natty.

All I have to say is that I don't like the fact they just lost and we have them next. Salt does shite to teams. I don't want that taste in y'alls mouth.
