This really isnt true. Most dealers are just poor people moving a small amount of drugs to keep the lights on. Normal people that need money.

Distributors are different.

So zone is good for a few reasons. Prevent big plays, bait the offense, and help with the run.

When you are in zone there are fewer opportunities for homerun shots downfield, but more opportunities for 10-20yd passes. There's also very little room for yards after catch in zone since there's always multiple people nearby.

Zone defenses can trick the quarterback into thinking the defense is in man. A defender can drop into zone in a passing lane and get easy interceptions if the drop was deceptive enough.

Since zone has players backed off the line of scrimmage, DBs and linebackers have their eyes on the ball and not the recievers. If a run goes inside or outside you have players occupying those areas of the fields to immediately collapse into run support. It also inherently creates a QB spy to stop the QB from running the ball.

However, there is always going to be soft spots in the zone. If the QB can see them it allows easy 5-15 yard passes. If not, the QB is going to be throwing picks and contested balls.

Its possible. Outside of Green (who's injured) and Watkins, his recievers couldn't catch a cold.

You cannot honestly deny that it isnt pretty fricked up we have had to play yalls 2 best teams in program history @ Ole Miss 2 years in a row... I don't think that's what cost LSU the game, but it is still fricked up.

Yeah, he was spooked. He was getting A/B gap pressure because of our LG from the first snap. When he had time he was still playing too fast. The throws were there, we weren't getting wide open recievers all night, but ghey were getting open. When he was hitting them in stride we were dropping balls.

He left the game with 7 mins left in the 3rd quarter.

He had 9 carries for 43 yards with a long of 22 yards, which means he was 8 for 21 yards on his other carries. He broke off a 22yd long run to account for over 50% of his yards which involved him breaking multiple tackles, was an impressive play. But Kewan was a complete non-factor in this game.

I didn't get that play call...

Why would you drop into a shallow Cover 4/quarters zone when there is 11 seconds on the clock and no time outs? They have 1 play attempt before attempting a field goal.

When Duece Alexander caught the touchdown there was 7 seconds left on the clock.

If Chamblis was forced to run for a first down or threw it to an in bounds reciever by the time they got the first down and went down there would only be 3-6 seconds left on the clock. In college football you legally can't spike the ball with less than 3 seconds on the clock.

If nothing was available, Chambliss would've thrown the ball away and there would've been 3-6 seconds on the clock, not enough time to run another play. They kick a field goal.

So you are left with 2 legitimate options...

1) Zero man blitz. If ole miss gets stopped in bounds without a first down, the half is over.

2) Drop 8 on the goal line. Let them have the underneath, stop them in bounds. They either run out of time or have just enough time to spike it and get a field goal.

Instead we had 4 defenders 12yds from the endzone when they should've been 5yds from the endzone. Or at the very least run a Cover 4 press to jam the recievers at the LOS and drop the rest of the DBs into the endzone...

Literal coaching malpractice on that play...

They were running pick plays with their TE all night, its hard for a LB to follow when a receiver blocks his route.

He needs to be more accurate, but our recievers need to catch the ducking ball when it hits their hands. Everyone else's recievers are catching those balls, yet the only one of our that can is green and hes hurt now...
