Gotta admit the NCAA’s kangaroo court getting upended by real kangaroos courts with the full power of the law is kinda funny.

The important thing to remember is that no one should ever be held responsible for anything they do.

I don't see how they reinstate him. It won't be right if they do.
The only way would be the argument that he didn't play in those games and couldn't have impacted the game.
The big oil money donor at TT is on the NIL rules board. He is throwing money out there but is also on the board that is proposing rules and guard rails to the NCAA. He has a loud voice and maybe putting pressure on NCAA.

He will be “irreparably harmed”… by his own decisions…
This is clearly a case of common sense. You knew the rule. You broke the rule.
You pay the consequences.
Sorry that you’re dumb and thought consequences didn’t apply to you. Get fricked.
Everyone in jail is being irreparably harmed by their their own decisions…
Should they sue the government?
Get the frick outta here.

I guess the first question he asked was not "where do I get help" but "do I still get to keep the money?",
2nd question was "what's my new betting limit?"

The NCAA just needs to recognize team votes.
The team vote has always provided proper, impartial justice for LSU player issues.

quote:The NCAA has requested how much he won or lost while betting. Totally irrelevant. In reading the rule, there is not stipulation as to some threshold that makes the rule more or less enforced. If they have proof of his gambling, (he already admitted he did), then it's end of discussion. Sorry young man - you're screwed. The athletic compliance office is responsible for educating their "student athletes". Surely they covered this.
