Although I only read the first couple of sentences, I thought it was a bold reply to the ‘no-no’.

I know you're getting dragged here for formatting, but this is actually a pretty interesting post and something that I wasn't aware of.

You seem to be a relatively new poster — kudos anyway for trying to bring good content.

Alabama will give Texas the same seats they give every visiting team. Them Alabama will kick the shite out that team. Same as always. ATM will find that arse kicking particularly painful this year for their rachet jaw hill billy dumb arse lying coach and their sex starved boosters.

False. We’re talking about the #1 selling brand in college athletics. They will always move the needle no matter the records. I’m thinking more like Florida or Tennessee.

Have you noticed how the Goodyear blimp was done away with some years back? Maybe it was because stadiums all across the college football landscape are only half full on most saturdays. Educated speculation would point to DKR being one of these. So, if you can sit almost anywhere you want to, why all this conflict?

I'm just curious why it's Mississippi State that Texas will be like... rather than one of the other ten middlin' SEC teams we have every year.

It’s civil discourse and meant to be an informative post about a topic that will affect 2 schools joining the conference because of the existing SEC bylaws that also affected A&M & Mizzou when they joined. People haven’t talked about it, but it was something that was gonna come up. My paragraph breaks did not carry over from my note, and I just now returned and fixed this post. This is only my 2nd post here. And it doesn’t upset me, but I thought it was extremely unsportsmanlike of Texas to put the visiting teams that high up, not even 100-200 seats lower bowl for the visiting players’ parents. Did you seriously not see the Twitter discourse about this when LSU played at Texas in 2019?

This is just my 2nd post here and it screwed up on the preview cause I copy/pasted. I fixed it tho. This was simply meant to be an informative article on something that affected A&M/Mizzou in 2012 and will affect both Oklahoma & Texas that no one talks about. I think it will serve these texas students well to start practicing their forced relocation now. Most of their fellow texas exes are being
constantly relocated from underpass to underpass- cardboard boxes and all. Why its virtually an Austin tradition and learming those life skills now is just a bonus.

I'm going to respond to this wall of text with a wall of text of my own. I think that it is ridiculous that people would write a wall of text to respond to someone else's wall of text, because it's too much to read. Message boards are supposed to be a forum for people to interact, and walls of text illicit rejection from other posters. But I think that I am special and should type whatever enters my head, because it is so important and everyone will want to know what I am thinking because I am special. I am special, my team is special, and everything thought that enters my mind about them is special...and everyone needs to know how special my thoughts are. Now I'm going to start another paragraph that is only slightly different than the one I started before...but still contains much of the same myopic views that my other paragraph contained. This is a plea for acceptance. I want others to know that I am smart, and that my opinions should sway them. Why is that? I'm going to respond to this wall of text with a wall of text of my own. I think they will win as many championships as their fellow former Big 12/8 transfers have.

Well, Florida has an occasional decent year but UT has been a much worse program over the last decade than MSU.

I too believe that Texas will be more like Tennessee. Just hold the mustard, please.

No one got upset. It’s great to have another Cat on board.

tRant can be vicious, especially in the off-season. Come football time, everyone chills and becomes more fraternal. It gets absolutely placid around here.

Can you explain why DKR's seating capacity was LOWERED after the recent stadium renovation?

SEC stadiums and most other schools raise their seating capacity when they do major renovations. I have never heard of one losing seats before

It's fairly common, even in the SEC.
