No one was saying that around here. Maybe some alters were, but that's it.

There’s not a chance in hell UGA drops a game before the playoffs except maybe the SEC champ but even that I think is a stretch and even if we do go into the SEC final and lose we will still make the playoffs if we were undefeated. Either OSU or MU will enter the playoffs undefeated. Isn’t FSU still without a loss among a few other teams? Like the one who just beat you? There is no way Tex gets in the final 4. If you can’t get in the final 4 you can’t finish number 1. Ohio State is probably the only team that could reasonably beat us maybe, or at least a solid argument can be made.

I know what fallacy’s are yes, go look how long it’s been since UGA lost a game.
I don’t see how my point doesnt still stand and I’ve been reading the rant and it seems most from all teams more or less agree.
It seems at this point the likely 4 are UGA OSU MU and OU. Depending on how stuff shakes out though I could see one OSU/MU missing out if they have one loss to the other if someone like Fl State is undefeated. Or l if UGA is 12-1 but lost in Atlanta who they lost to would be important.

That’s likely gonna take 4 undefeated conference champs to keep us out. If tht happens, so be it.. it’s our own fault.
I like our chances.. if we win out.

Also isn’t Utah still undefeated? And we are being generous here saying Texas doesn’t drop anymore

I’m not trying to be a dick. I think Texas has a really good team this year and I like Ewers (spelling?) at QB. I thought y’all would get crushed by Alabama and it was a really solid win but Alabama is around where they should be ranked 8-12. Not exactly like yall beat prime Saban

my point was that resume would be better than
12-1 Oklahoma with no good OOC wins
12-1 FSU with no Oklahoma in the ACC
13-0 FSU gets debatable, but they would probably get it at that point
12-1 Alabama and SEC Champs
12-1 Georgia and SEC Champs?
12-1 Georgia
12-1 Ohio State?
12-1 Michigan?
12-1 Penn State?
13-0 teams will trump 12-1 Texas, but it will only take one of them to slip up for Texas to have a damn good argument.
If 12-1 Texas gets left out for any reason, wrong or right.. it will be our own fault. We lost.
Like I said, I like our chances at 12-1, but we have a lot of work to get to 12-1. If we are deserving, we will get there. If we aren’t, then it doesn’t matter.
