Every team likes to say “we are Arkansas’ Super Bowl”. It’s not really true except for Texas.
We don’t care if you don’t care about us. We don’t have any jilted lover/unloved family member dynamics with Texas like Aggie does.
Our hatred is pure. It’s consistent. Unadulterated hate and disdain. No mixed feelings. We don’t care what our or your record is. All we know is frick you. And I hope Arkansas gas stations don’t fill up your cars with Texas plates after the games like they did back in the 60s and 70s.

I wouldn't say 'zero' but it is a very weird dynamic since the announcement.
There were no 'Big XII' forums where we'd commingle. Instead, we'd haphazardly raid each other's sites and get banned within a few days. Otherwise the trash talk stayed in a vacuum on each other's sites.
But now, we are both happy to be joining a new conference and more importantly, finally getting past all the politics keeping us in the Big XII.
I wouldn't call it a sudden 'mutual respect', but it kinda feels like both of us against all of y'all. And it may feel like that for at least a few games into the conference schedule.

Every Texas fan says it’s ou, but it’s clearly Aggie. It’s like when Florida claims uga or fsu claims Miami. It’s a rival you hate so much you want to slight them by saying they aren’t your real rival. Listen to the fans talks atm 100 percent has the eyes of Tex fixated on them.

Okie literally follows Tex around everywhere asking “what’ll we do next George” and Tex eats that up.

We have one rival, Oklahoma. The others mentioned here are like Texas Tech or Rice, just a collection of losers we always beat.

Nah, it's more like both programs know that they play in the greatest CFB game and atmosphere every year (and therefore the greatest American sporting event), and that the other program is necessary for such a game and atmosphere, and so there's a general appreciation for that. We still very much dislike each other.
The mistaken "butt buddy" idea some people have about OU/Texas is actually OU/Nebraska.

This inrigues me.
US News has Texas law at #16, ahead of school like Vandy, UNC, Southern Cal, Wake Forest and Notre Dame. Arkie isn't even in the top 100.
What do you know about law schools that the experts don't know?
