UGA would be better off without OU and Texas for sure..... but the sec cant rely on UGA to win a NC again your average isnt great.

In many ways, it was the traditionalist ol SEC that kicked off modern realignment and super conferences: y’all were the first to go to 12 teams and to create a conference championship. That move also destabilized the SWC and led to the Texas schools joining (and wrecking) the Big Eight. The PAC and B1G eventually moved to 12 schools to match, plucking desirable bits of the Big 12 away in Colorado and Nebraska, who were eager to get away from The Longhorn Network. And so on until today…
But anyway, I always find it amusing that a lot of people here bitch and moan about “muh original 10 schools!” when the SEC has always been on the leading edge of aggressive expansion: it was the first to go to 12 of the P5, the first to create a conference championship game, the first to go to 14, and the first to go to 16 schools.

Oklahoma is one of the most impoverished, least populated, inbred states in the country. Oklahoma is a terrible school, and Norman is a fricking dump.
Austin is ground zero for purple-haired progressive halfwits who can’t formulate a coherent though without referencing the AOC Bible. And UT’s football team can’t even beat Kansas at home.
Both are miserable additions. Neither of those schools have been relevant since the mid-2000s. Since that time, the SEC has won a Natty with five different schools (UGA, Bama, LSU, Auburn, Florida).
UNC, FSU, Clemson, Duke (bball), and / or UVA would’ve been far better additions.

UGA’s average is much better than OU’s in the playoff era. It’s cool OU used to be good at football though.

Blame yourselves, you took Aggie and Missou , 2 teams that were slightly below average in the Big 12 and started the expansion wave…. Why the hell did you take 2 bad teams what where you thinking, Aggie and missou were mediocre in the Big 12 and you guys were salivating after them , even after the Big 10 blackballed Missou…..

Last time I checked, A&M beat the shite out of blowU in the Cotton Bowl ten years ago. Since that game, chokelahoma has not done much of anything except lose most of your post season games including three BCS bowls.
Nobody around here considers winning the Big 12 to be much of an accomplishment. It is kinda like winning the tallest midget contest.
My apologies to all the little people on the rant.

Oklahoma has more money per capita than Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky and Lousiana.
