Anias is a pretty salty player. Versatile and plays anywhere he’s asked to. Wish we had a few of him. A gamer.

I hate to break it to the guy, but that requires you to show up in an actual bowl game.

Who?

Stats-wise, he was our second-best WR.
So it’s great to see he’ll be returning.

Smith had the game tying TD catch against Bama and was a very good PR (had a 95 yard TD Return against USC). Super slippery and was our best WR for getting open. They put him all over the field.

Always good when guys come back for another year

And as far as the championship stuff, I want players who think they will win it all.

Congrats on the all world recruiting class , but no way 30
Freshman will win a championship . It will take 2-3
Years To develop .

It’s a shame A&M didn’t play it’s bowl game. Maybe this little guy would’ve had some time to shine so we’d know who it is.

A foot injury would have prevented him from playing WR/RB/QB in the bowl game.

Speaking of playing out of position. He took over at RB vs Okie St in the Texas Bowl as a freshman. That game he ran the ball, caught the ball, handled punt return, & kick return. As versatile as there is.
