Not really. I wanted to keep playing but it's not going to kill me when we play schools like LSU, Bama, and Auburn every year.

I still want us to play. But that won't happen b/c Texas refuses to do so. Oh well.

thats the funniest thing about this. not playing a&m legit bothers them and yet you never see shite like this come from a&m fans or the school or athletic department. its hilarious to me that "we will never play a&m ever again" turned to "god i sure do wish we could play a&m some time" in five years

Claims that Aggie isn't a rival.

Claims they aren't obsessed with Aggie.

Come over, en masse, from ShaggyTexas to try and get a rise from Aggies.

@ Texas per uze. Left with the poors on the plains while Aggie went and upgraded

I like our schedule... Great conference... intriguing matchups. It sure beats playing Kansas and Iowa St every year. Think about the teams that left ....versus what’s left. Better for you to go independent actually. But it is unequivocally UT’s fault that it became the BDF. So have fun with those great home games that you play annually especially since OU is played in Dallas.

people just need to accept this isnt the 40s anymore and that shite has changed. a&m and UT arent/werent this inseparable pair like other large instate schools are. UT always valued its relationship with OU more and wanted to move out west or up north with the B1G. a&m never agreed with that and has valued its relationships with schools like LSU and other southern schools more

they are just a school that weve played a bunch of times, nothing more, nothing less. just like baylor

Thats okay. Texas used to be their big brother but disowned them. We have adopted them and are now their new big brother, along with little bro LSU..

This thread title makes no sense. You can’t ask A&M to man up. That’s against their nature.

I don’t mind if they play Texas, but it is an over rated rivalry in terms of importance in the national scene. I’m sure they hate each other but It has meant next to nothing outside of that. People make it sound like this is Michigan/OSU, the Iron Bowl or FSU/UF in terms of relevance. It is not.

Add to the list:

LSU-Alabama
Clemson-South Carolina
LSU-Ole Miss
Army-Navy
UCLA-USC
Harvard-Yale
Oklahoma-Texas

It goes on and on.

OP is a fricking troll.

Anyone with a brain knows that A&M and the SEC have done all they can to continue to series.

It would be a good match up. Two teams without a defence.

I know this is a troll but why do 7SU fans say aTm is not their rival or concern, yet, 99% of posts about the Aggies on this board are started by 7SU fans?

7SU fans are consumed with refs, and Aggies. Their obsession with Bama has fallen behind. I guess for obvious reasons.

Its dummys like you that makes 7SU fans think they are our rivalry. Don't worry about what they do.
