Indeed, it's just a game and we're all partner schools really. It's a nice consolation prize if the SEC at least wins a title as the rest of the nation will be bitter so I can enjoy that at least.

Memphis is one of those teams you just dont honor a home and home with. it legitimizes them and you can find rent-a-wins all over the place.

I was born in 88 and my childhood is rich with memories of Florida beatdowns. I get it. He may not have gone to LSU so the bama hatred never surpassed his childhood hatred for the gators.

1. ND-They are living in the past and won't join a conference, in football, purely out of greed. What pisses me off the most is I see people put down fanbases in the SEC all the time by saying "oh they didn't even go to that university" sort of making an assumption they are dumb or too stupid to have attended college. I have never seen one person bash ND fans that obviously never went to the university and most likely have never set foot on the campus.

I don't hate any program but I have nothing but contempt for Auburn.
Theirs is the only SEC football program in memory to ever buy a QB for $180,000, get publicly exposed for it and then get to skate free because they were playing for a Natty.
Nice ethics there, SEC and NCAA.

Besides them, I don't really dislike any other SEC team, except for Ole Miss the day we play them in the Egg Bowl. Outside of that, I generally wish them well in all their other games.

Okay, I forgot all about ND. They are pretty obnoxious and have no right to be, seeing how their last national title in football was 1987 and they've since been smacked around like the SEC's little girl in the playoffs.

I don't like Alabama, but that has everything to do with their spoiled, entitled fan base and nothing to do with excellence on the gridiron. It's hard to argue with results.

Come on now, you know that happens at every SEC stadium. We all have those idiot, foolish, drunk fans that we're generally not proud of and who make the rest of the fanbase look bad.
I've heard similar stories about fans of other schools visiting LSU, Bama, Florida, ATM and even Vandy but hey, that doesn't make me judge a whole fan base. There's bad apples in every barrel.
