Out the bowl game. The sitting out trend has gone mainstream if Alabama has this happen to their team. Might as well play the youngsters to see what they got. LINK

Alabama? Who’s that? We only discuss top ten teams on this board at this time of the year.

Fields mused Tuesday afternoon that he hadn't been around much, spending most of his time at home, where spare time involves watching Netflix, or at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center for workouts, meetings and other entertainment.

"But from what I have seen, the campus is beautiful and the people around are great," Fields said.

Honestly can you blame kids for not wanting to risk injury in meaningless bowl games?

All the Bama fans on here called Fournette a quitter when he did it.

No, but I can blame all the Bama fans who mocked us when Fournette skipped the bowl.

There have been more threads about Alabama on this board today than any other team.

I don't blame them at all.

If you are gonna go get paid big time dollars in the NFL, the risk isn't worth the reward of playing one more game. Let another kid have a shot at some playing time in the bowl game.

If you are going to be a high draft pick and you are not playing in the playoffs for a National Championship I don't blame them. These guys have put in their time and no use for them to get hurt in a meaningless bowl game.

Just like any other team with a lot of future draft picks, some will sit. Still should be plenty of talent on the field for Bama.

Tell that to the LSU fans who create 50 threads a day about UA because they are obsessed.
