Ole Miss hits ANOTHER home run (4th of the day) to push the lead to 13-3. This homer serves as a walk off due to the 10 run rule established in the 7th.
Ole Miss wins 13-3 and sweeps Xavier. The Ole Miss bats outscore Xavier 35-3 on the weekend, hitting 9 home runs over 3 games.
The Rebel pitching staff amassed 39 strikeouts on the weekend and only allowed 8 total hits.
Ole Miss improves to 6-1 (0-0) on the season. This was about as good of a series as we will probably have all year.

One too many pickoff attempts and the Gonzaga pitcher throws it into the outfield. That scores a run then Opitz follows it up with an RBI double. 9-4 Hogs still batting in the 6th.

State down 7-2 T9 after giving up 5 combined runs over the last two innings. OSU now has a runner on second with 2 outs. Dawgs will need a miracle in the bottom of the 9th to stay alive.

Bat Cats are in the bottom of the 12th here at home v App State tied at 7. We took first 2, need to walk it off here for a sweep.
