The swamp in peak form is as loud and intimidating as anywhere in the country.

Huge test for a very young QB.

I think we definitely have a shot.

I see even the head ball coach is prone to the fancies of “maybe Alabama will be bad this time” preseason fever dreams. He’s just like all y’all.

I saw a few minutes of Peter Burns starting some crap, as he filled in for Paul yesterday. He said Young was an unknown so he like TAMU and Florida and Georgia. Just how well known is King at TAMU? Or their offensive line? Didn't Florida just lose every all-American they had on offense? And what's going to be so different about their defense? People see what they chose to see.

Spurriers right. The Swamp will rattle Bama’s new QB in his first road game. Gators pull off the upset.

If Florida beats Bama that means Bama has a 6-6 type season. IMO people like spurrier need to quit running their mouth just to run their mouth, making himself look like a drunk dumbass

Out OL has been banged up and two starters have missed a good bit of fall camp. Met his is great but he’s not Smitty or Waddle. This offense will take a step back. Maybe 2

They will be tough but won’t have the offensive explosion to answer when needed.

Coin flip with Miami
Loss at the swamp
Coin flip at Kyle field
Loss to OM (cant keep pace offensively)
Coin flip with LSU

Lol. Never go full retard

You dont beat Alabama without one hell of a QB and Florida sure as hell doesnt have that.

Not totally true. See Auburn and Bo Nix. Bo is not one hell of a QB.

I’m surprised he didn’t quit in the middle of his prediction.

Spurrier is an ambassador for the University of course he's going to say stuff like this.

I've said from the start this off-season Florida loses by 30 at least to Bama.

Nothing I've heard or read has changed my mind.

Mullen is making the same mistake he did with Trask and Franks. The better QB is sitting on the bench.

It really is the dumbest shite if you're just using history to play the odds:

Alabama replacing QB, OL, and several skill players on offense but returning most of the defense.

Texas A&M replacing QB, OL, and several skill players on offense but returning most of the defense.

Alabama under Saban has a long history of reloading, they have the top QB prospect from the 2020 class replacing Mac Jones, and they're loaded at WR/TE/RB.

Texas A&M and Jimbo Fisher do not have a history of just reloading. I couldn't tell you about the talent but I assume it is not shitty.

Media: You know what THIS TIME it is going to be different and I'm going with Aggy!

He’s going into his 4th year, how could he have a “history of reloading”…..

That’s my point. But if you see how the wheels came off in Tallahassee, you’ve got to be skeptical of Jimbo’s ability to maintain momentum with a program.

Picking Texas A&M to win the West is more wishcasting than analytic in my opinion. They ought to be 10-2 or 9-3 at worst given how the schedule is setup ideally for them and it is relatively soft. Picking them to win the West is not a betting man’s move.
