Yeah you’re definitely a dumbass

Maybe you should look to see who LSU has added from the portal already.

Have you seen kid pitch this year? Really elite .

Posted on 6/17/24 at 10:44 pm to captdalton
Because they didn’t perform. Most were backups last year when we won NC. JJ has seen kids for two years some 3 , I trust him a lot more then you.

He cant throw strikes and threw 9 innings all season long while being completely healthy. Kind of useless to throw high 90s from the left side if you issue 19 free passes while getting 27 total outs all season long.
Maybe LSU should look internally at their pitching coach staff? And take some damn accountability for wasting elite level arms out of HS. Hehehehe.
The reality is that Jay Johnson made a HUGE mistake by hiring Nate Yeskie away from A&M. It was a hiring that may have the most influence in A&M being so successful in baseball this year.
Do yourself a favor, or maybe not, look at Ags ERA from Yeskie in 2023 to MAX WEINER in 2024. Night and day in almost every meaningful category.
Yeskie seems to be past his prime or in some kind of 2-year coaching slump. Yet, Johnson has to live with it for at least one more year or he looks like a total jackass for the hire. And that really makes LSU baseball suffer longer term. Yeskie better provide some big results next year.
That is one of LSUs biggest problem.
Oh and did you happen to see our reliever today, Josh Stewart? He was an elite arm out of high school. He went to Texas. He sucked at Texas and got little development. He transferred to A&M. This year, he was coached by Max Weiner. Stewart is working to become an ace pitcher next season.

LSU had the 5th best ERA and most strikeouts in the SEC this year as a staff. Happy to hear the expert A&M baseball fans opinions though. LSU will figure it out in baseball without your help

Yeh… because who’d want to play for LSU and their 7 national championships? Maybe these guys were being replaced by better players… didn’t see too many running to play for your program.

Pitching turned a corner as the year went on. You clearly don’t watch lsu and are a stupid frick retard they has his own Olympic Games.

Good point and Tony lost a much more valuable guy in Burns than any of these guys would be

Not sure why so many Aggies are desperate to trash Yeskie.
It worked out well for everyone involved.

The jury is still out on that. Right now TAM is undefeated in the MCWS while LSU didn’t make it out of a regional. So far, it seems to have worked out a little better for TAM than LSU.
Next year is critical for Yeskie. If LSU doesn’t at least make it to a super regional he will have to be nervous. That will be two years in a row, and three out of four under Johnson, that LSU failed to make it out of a regional. The grumbling will be very loud. And that pressure, especially if the pitching wasn’t top three in the league, will likely lead Johnson to take a hard look at his staff simply out of self preservation.

I hope Alabama can snag him. Lord knows we need some pitchers.

Adin Moffett was a loss
Cam johnson will not be very good all the talent in the world but can't throw strikes.
I wish him well
The rest is just filler.
Kling was given every opportunity he just can't his sec pitching.
Neal had a chance to bean everyday player, that must been the catcher Adarrambe must be coming in
