Nailed it. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a move for Schroyer to replace him when he retires but for now it's working as a way for him to deal with Wade exclusively.

For what its worth, it does seem that have been doing Jefferson Hwy and Bluebonnet at a steady pace instead of taking several years. I'm not sure what the correct answer is as it needs to get done.
