I can see an attempt ar sanctions, not expulsion. What those would be, I dont know.

It'll be entertaining either way.

I think they will either suspend Kiffin for the year or tell LSU to oust him and the AD if they have evidence of them reaching out to pro players to convince them to file the lawsuit.

If it truly comes down to LSU being expelled, I think the pound of flesh the SEC will demand is Kiffin being forced to resign

We will litigate anything they attempt to do. We will collect money. It’s possible we start looking to make a deal to leave voluntarily.

Anywhere you go will be doing the same thing soon.
This is about avoiding collective bargaining, understanding there will be no federal help, and the SEC being willing to strike first.
LSU is really only guilty of bad timing.

This likely end with Lane being suspended or fired

We aren’t being expelled, but this conference is embarrassing everyone that is a part of it. Everyone should be rallying together against this bozo leadership.

If Kiffin has Saban's support..... then the SEC will do nothing and like it.

Looking towards expulsion.

LSU will be the sacrifice by the old guard to retain power before the courts crush it all, which is bound to happen.

I don’t think LSU is targeted because “LSU”. They were just unlucky to be the first.

What they are punished for will likely be fully legal through the courts within a few years.

I’m expecting this to be exactly the issue. Nothing else makes sense

Expulsion would only happen if LSU rejects sanctions

Is the vote strictly about expelling LSU from the league or can they come to a consensus to impose sanctions of some sort on LSU.

Kicking LSU out seems over the top extreme but I could see a scenario where they are forced to bend to the rules and will if the conference or be told to leave.

I think that ship sailed when they added the AG to the lawsuit. She’s going to be out for blood.

If they have evidence it would be out. The La AG saw the federal filing and all it references is the CBSSports story.
