If the SEC hosted a tailgate where every school brought what best represented their food culture.

What is your school bringing and why?

For A&M it's probably a pretty obvious choice. Brisket. Texas does BBQ and beef as good or better than anyone. We literally have a BBQ course - ANSC 117. Plus A&M is one of the best Ag schools there is.

Alabama -
Arkansas - Cheese Dip & Pulled Pork
Auburn - Conecuh Sausage and Waffle House hash browns
Florida - Pub Subs and key lime pie
Georgia -
Kentucky - Bourbon
Louisiana St - Cochon de lait
Mississippi - Chicken Tenders
Mississippi St - Pulled Pork & pecan Pie
South Carolina - mustard based bbq... lots of it
Tennessee -
Texas A&M - Brisket
Vanderbilt -

We're bringing the bourbon. Is there really a reason to not bring the bourbon?

INB4:

Ole Miss-cold Wal-Marks chicken tendies, mushy tortilla pinwheels, fancy red and blue plastic ware, red solo cups galore and a cheap, plastic chandelier.

Hobby lobby, bitches.

Just because Texas has a few good brisket joints doesn’t mean AM fans know how to make brisket.

Alabama - Corndogs to taunt LSU fans with
Arkansas - Cheese Dip & Pulled Pork
Auburn - oscar meyer hot dogs
Florida - natty light
Georgia - hamburger buns
Kentucky - Bourbon
Louisiana St - Nutria
Mississippi - Frozen Chicken Tenders from walmart and will borrow Microwave from gumps.
Mississippi St - Pulled Pork and cheese and ice cream
South Carolina - mustard
Tennessee - shine
Texas A&M - Johnsonville sausages
Vanderbilt - water bottles
Missouri - cigarettes

As long as South Carolina doesn't bring that vomitous mustard BBQ we're ok.

I imagine there will be a lot of BBQ on this.

I would have said pecan pie, but Mississippi took it - plus I'd be looking at my grandmother's recipe. Dunno how many other families have their own in Alabama.

I will bring about 4-5 gallons of Milo's Sweet Tea, some fried green tomatoes, and banana pudding for dessert.
