Well it isn't. At least based on pretty much every measure available.
There hasn't been a single kid accepted to Auburn but rejected by Bama in the last 30 years.

Part of this is due to the fact that Oklahoma is pretty much an ACT state.
OU accepts the SAT... but hardly any Oklahoma HS students take it. They take the ACT.
SAT results are likely mostly coming from Texas students who end up at OU because Texas is an SAT state.
