LSU has a very bizarre SEC basketball history in that we have the second most regular season titles behind UK with 12 but have only won the SEC tournament once and that was in 1980. We get eliminated by Mississippi State's mediocre arse team every fricking year in the tournament it seems.

Arkansas seems like the best bet from the odds perspective.
Having to wager almost 2:1 on FL sucks plus I don't think they really care about the tourney this year because they ran away with the regular season title unlike last year where Barn squeaked it out. Barnes never wins tournaments and IDK what to make of 'Bama.

We never seem to value the confidence tournament. And the minutes played are piling up. I doubt we win more than a game, if that.

Yeah, that Auburn loss with the flop call was costly. UK wins that and they are a four seed. That is how tight these teams are.

Robert Miller is out for LSU, no one is sure why.

Probably more than that. You’re not taking into account bid stealers if Miami Ohio, St. Louis, etc. don’t win their tournaments.

State’s record was an abysmal 8-thirty-something prior to 1995. Since then we have been at least respectable and have won 3 Tournament titles.
This year’s team though will be one and done. But we are playing Auburn who struggled against the Mississippi teams down the stretch.
So you never know.
