but you may also must consider Cal was at Kentucky for 15+ years and to say there was a rift is an understatement.
they should have found a way to separate a few years back and didn't for whatever reason.

I think if they see success in baseball then will be more likely to get more involved in football.

Muss had really burnt it to the ground. there was no way he could stay.
the stability of talent and the unification on NIL that Cal brings is what is needed.
we can worry about losing in the first round once we make it every year....

yeah, it's not a bad question. you would just have to be a razorback fan and feel the pain. Muss had it rolling but got crosswise with the money and was looking for the door.
when the big money is not on board, doesn't matter who is coach.

so many are missing the point about this hire:
it allowed the right money to be appeased and kick the NIL up to top 10 level.
that would not have happened with tPear or some of the other names.
this is about changing the NIL game and it HAS changed for the better....
