Dont know why but Carolina’s looks like something from the USSR

Object marks are rarely regarded as highly unless they're very simple. It's why few major corporate logos have the level of detail like you see in UF and Arkansas. Think iconic, but something that a middle schooler could semi-accurately doodle from memory.

I've always liked the actual SEC logo itself (the one in that image with yellow text on blue).

I for one would like to see the old Arkansas logo (and uniforms) make a return or the block M for Missouri.

I think the biggest problem with the A&M bevel is the angle of the perceived light hitting it. It'd look a lot more natural with the light hitting it from the top left at about a 125 degree angle. It's more natural for the human eye to see it like that.
