The SEC doesn't want to do anything that would violate any court order, therefore, it will be left to the schools, acting on their own, if a temporary injunction is granted this week after the hearing. I wouldn't expect schools to give up a home game by cancelling games against LSU. However, a Louisiana state court judge would be powerless to compel LSU's visiting SEC opponents (A&M, State, Bama, and Texas) to go to Baton Rouge (as state institutions, they are all protected by sovereign immunity), and the SEC could even change the status of those games to "no contest" (like games cancelled due to covid) rather than a forfeit without "penalizing" LSU. It's the ultimate hammer.
This is the way. Take away those home games and it would bankrupt the university

Sounds like collusion to penalize

LSU is playing a game of chicken and will become Tulane 2.0

That is not true. But it is true that LSU gives us all ample material to work with. Shitty seasons in football, basketball, and baseball…. We are firing Brian Kelly….. no we didn’t fire Brian Kelly….$70 million in coaching buyouts…abandoning your playoff team, again…. hiring an AD who you had previously reprimanded and suspended for covering up sexual assault….vanity fair… social media blackout…. Trying to sell TV revenues to private equity investors because of a $30 million dollar shortfall….Rehiring Ed Orgeron…. Rehiring Will Wade…. Trying to assemble a Euroleague basketball roster…. Trying to assemble an NFL football roster…. Parading all over ESPN acting like you aren’t doing anything wrong…. Landry saying “don’t hate the player, hate the game”… being threatened with fines and being kicked out of the league. This is all just in the last year. The SEC is tired of it.
You sound like a whiny beta male.
Just stay in your mom’s basement and pray the wi-fi never shuts down.

Sanctioning a school for following a lawful judges order, you mfers don’t have enough money to pay the judgment on this one, it will be billions. We will join the Big Ten with class.
