A few schools can boast about football, LSU easily can too. A few schools can boast on all sports superiority; LSU easily can too. LSU is in elite status that can do both. Only USC, Oklahoma, and Texas are better than LSU when combining football and all sports superiority. Florida, Michigan, UGA, and Ohio St are the only other football programs that has an argument. Alabama is not even in the top 20 in the all sports NC's so they don't even qualify. Before the addition of OU and Texas, LSU was #1 in the SEC in that category. Now that you're educated and contributed to this LSU commercial, your ignorance just may have hurt your school and helped LSU get another national blue chip now that real facts are being provided that can easily be fact checked on their own. Not sure why so much wishcasting is going on, Lane has already said that they'll comply with conference and playoff committee guidance. If it comes down to play the kids and get penalized, they won't play them.

Just go read up on Mike Leach’s story if you want to find out about how hard it is to sue the state of Texas. I cite that one because I’m familiar with it, and most people here know who Leach is and some of his story.

I doubt LSU would sue the state of Texas, they'd sue the conference for collusion with member schools.
At any rate, it won't happen anyway. LSU is ultimately going to do whatever the court, SEC, and playoff committee tells them to do.

I’d rather have LSU than Clemson in the SEC but it’s their hill to die on, and that is their God given right.
