You have won the SEC twice.

Edit - Ironically, the same number as Van Horn in that time frame.

Dave will. Arkansas has won 9/10 against UT in baseball.

Bama should get the 90’s as well. We won the first SEC title game ever as well as a national championship title that year. Beat Florida in 92 then turned around and spanked the supposedly best team in the 90’s the hurricanes. I went to both games as a kid and still remember George Teague stripping that ball. It was amazing!

2 regular season titles and 2 sec tournament titles. Ill take a losing record to some washed coach any day of the week if it means continuing to have the program success that you've never had

Good lord you put LSU with their 2003 split title and their 2007 piece of shite 2 loss title ahead of Florida who went 13-1 and were undisputed champions?

That is some hella weak shite

the logic was that from 2000-2009 LSU never really had any down time compared to the Zook era at Florida. But maybe that should be flipped

Tennessee had a winning record against bama in the 1990s. Also anyone who watched from 1990 to 1999 would say Tennessee was the better program.

Tennessee was 100% the better program in the 90s.

I mean, you ain’t wrong. Arkansas is as much of a thorn in Tennessee’s side as Georgia is right now. They really need to win it in Knoxville this year and stop the bleeding.

No split title in 2003. The BCS Championship was universally accepted as the College Football Champions by all Conferences prior to the season. The AP was part of the BCS Formula in determining the championship.

Also realized I made a mistake, Tennessee won the SEC in 1990 too. That means that they had one more conference title than bama in that decade. So Tennessee was better that decade now undeniably along with its winning record head to head that decade

So LSU won both SEC Championship games they played in and played for a National Championship both years, won one and lost one. And Auburn beat them out? Come on

LSU played in two sec titles - won two sec titles - played in two natties - won one

Auburn played in 3 sec titles - won 2 sec titles - played in two natties - won one

difference is auburn played in 3 sec titles total and 3 is bigger than two. seems to make sense

Nahhhh LSU vs Alabama was the “game of the century” for like 9 straight years. And LSU has the #1 team of all time in this decade as well.

Even if you count LSU's 2003 as an unblemished title, and I do. Florida still should be the king of the 2000s. Same number of championships and overall better win percentage in the decade, and the head-to-head Gators are 6 - 4 over the Tiggers.

Win Percentage Florida 76.9% 100 - 30 record
Win Percentage LSU 76.2%, 99 - 31 record.

For a cherry on top, LSU Heismans in the decade = Zero, Florida = Tebow.
