With the enhanced scrutiny and gnashing of teeth by the media and football world over FSU getting snubbed, the SEC has to prove we deserve the bias we receive.

The crappier bowls don’t matter as much but the NY6/playoffs do.

Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Ole Miss y’all have one job. Get it done

Genie is out of the bottle.Bama has made sure that college football in general has zero credibility...it starts with biased officiating and ends with placement into the playoffs.

It's all on Alabama honestly. I still don't see why they got in. 2 weeks ago they needed a miracle against 6-6 Auburn. They squeaked by South Florida, Ole Miss, Arkansas, and A&M. They lost to Texas at home.

I think everyone agrees that UGA, Ole Miss, and Mizzou are in the right bowls. They earned them. I just don't think that Alabama earned their playoff spot.

Honestly Bama is the only one playing a team with a pulse.

Georgia playing a team without a functioning offense.
Ole Miss playing a team without a functioning offense.
Mizzou playing a team with no QB, a bunch of players leaving, and probably their best player opting out.

Should be a clean sweep.

Convenient you forgot they just beat the back to back - 29 game in a row - champs. I wonder why you did that?

not "our" issue. Committee's problem. Will be forgotten about by the summer.

Bama did nothing but win a conference championship. If Georgia had won, would you be saying the same about Texas right now?

We squeaked by Ole Miss? You probably think Texas dominated us, too.

And UGA. If UGA loses to FSU all hell breaks loose

Yes, if they bounced an undefeated P5 team to put Texas in the playoffs.

I mean, Texas dominated Bama on both lines. As for the score, I wouldn't call that dominating, but a comfortable win.

Yes, we took a lead into the 3rd quarter and you won by 14 while we decided to run the clock out for some stupid reason. We should have beaten you.

An SEC Conference championship especially over 2 time 29-0 defending National Champ trumps all of the other.

You can have that opinion. Someone who claims we snuck by Ole Miss cannot.

By your reasoning, we should have beaten Texas as well. But, like Milroe said, it's a 60 minute game.
