Saban
Mullen
Stoops
Leach
Orgeron (I'm sorry, he's nothing more than a mascot. X's and O's wise, he's near the bottom of this list)
Fisher
Kiffin
Smart
Malzahn
Pruitt
Mason
Muschamp
Drinkwitz

Pittman

List is impeccable.

Kirby too high. All he can do is recruit.

Well, he has a #2 and #4 finish with Richts recruits.

2020, we will get to see what Kirbys recruits can do.

Kirby Smart is a mediocre to poor in-game coach, and that won't change.

#2 and #4 in the country with Richts 3 stars is pretty mediocre to poor.

Saban

Malzahn
Fisher
Orgeron
Smart

Mullen
Stoops
Leach

Kiffin
Pruitt
Mason
Muschamp

Drinkwitz
Pittman

Most of the tiers haven't done enough to separate themselves from each other. Malzahn hasn't won a NC but made it there and has the most wins against Saban. Fisher and Ed won one NC (both because their Heisman QBs and not their coaching) but haven't done anything outside that. Smart made it but hasn't done anything outside that season. He's barely above the 3rd tier coaches.

Mullen and Leach have won games and looked impressive at times but not won anything (Leach hasn't coached in the sec). Stoops has won at Kentucky and probably done the most with the least but never finished.

The 4th tier has had some upsets but never put together anything.

The 5th tier are unknowns.

How is the ranking determined?

From the whims of a diseased brain of a 19 year old antivaxxer descendant.

You’d have to be to find up with that kind of list.

Anyone care to take bets on the inevitable Ole Shite bowl ban? With Lane doing the usual with his chasing 16 year olds, we may get a Parchman sentence as well.

Here’s hoping for the death penalty.

So you are suggesting that he leaves #14 blank instead?

Gus gets no credit for spanking Saban on a regular basis and Kirby is way overrated for a coach who has never won anything.

Except unless it continues to work. What he may or may not do coaching wise is irrelevant if the formula works. Most CEOs have no clue how the daily operations of their companies work. But it is their job to put people in place who do. If they are good at finding the right people to run the operations, they are still directly responsible for the success of the business.

You’re crazy to put Smart and Malzahn in with Orgeron, and Jimbo. Those 2 have something Smart and Malzhan do not.

And at the same time you give no credit to
Kirby for being 4-1 vs Gus and 3-0 vs Mullen. Typical
