How is the ranking determined? If by biggest disappointment in bowl and rivalry games then Gus is too high.

I love Leach, but I wouldn't put him over Malzahn and probably Stoops. He might be a better coach, but he's been at such shitty schools that it's hard to make an accurate assessment.
