Cal has Hogs playing their guts out. Flawed but playing with all they got. Not gonna be a fun team for another the next month.

We have GOT to get better on offense. Can't win consistently when 43% from the field is one of the best games of the season.

State needed a win badly with Florida/OM/A&M in the next 3. They were starting to creep back toward the bubble. Should be solidly along the 6 or 7 seed line for now but don’t need to go 0-3 in this next stretch.
State has made its money off beating teams that are similar caliber or worse. Their best win this year is either at Memphis or beating Ole Miss at home. Have done well against some bubble teams (Vandy, Georgia, SMU, Pitt, etc.) but don’t have a true signature win yet. Winning any of the next 3 would be that, IMO.

Very worried about the UF game @ State on Tuesday. Our top 2 scorers are banged up. Of course every team has players who are banged up. You just don't get any easy games this season at all in the SEC.
