Is it even worth asking for SECT seeding scenarios or is it such a logjam that we just wait and see what happens?

Top 4 is almost set, but UF can sneak in with a win and a loss by A&M or Bama.

I don't have any idea the tiebreakers for Ole Miss or Tennessee getting in the top 8.

Bottom 3 are set I believe. I don't know who would have the tiebreaker if Carolina loses and Mizzou wins.

Late night update on Van Cleave (UK), who was involved in a baseline collision during the game with Arkansas last night.

Had some numbness in the left side of his face after the collision. No updates this morning yet.

Hopefully he recovers fully from it.

I read that the first time as “Hopefully he never recovers fully from it.” It certainly seemed like a normal rant post. I thought “damn, BigD has finally turned to the dark side. Today’s thread is gonna be on fire.” Alas, I reread it and realized BigD was being a decent human like normal.

I’ve noticed a difference in the tone of Rant baseball threads compared to the football threads. The baseball fans tend to be less cocky, more humble. When even the most legendary hitters in the game fail 7 times out of every 10 visits to the plate, the sport has a way of humbling you.

I used to try and get mad at rabble rousers who would come into the baseball threads and start some shite, especially during non conference play, but I quickly learned that sometimes you have to let rivals have at it.

We are gonna be a 2 seed in regional if we lose today

Which is probably too high for this team. We have no quality series wins against ranked opponents outside of Ole Miss who we own in baseball

After y'all win today you will be clamoring for a top 8 seed.

Crap I might have just jinxed y'all.

Texas A&M can't lose today!

There you go, jinx reversed.
