You must be using different sources for your results vs schedule. The rankings listed aren't the same. Not complaining, just curious.

The result rankings are what they were before the game was played.

A&M has given up 9 runs over the last 8 games. 3 shut outs. Not too shabby even vs weak competition.

That's pretty good may get you a 4th or 5th place finish in the West

Anyone can lose to anyone in baseball if you get a hot pitcher or hot hitting team

Maybe. But at this point I’d take it after the miserable start.

Don’t worry about it. You guys have a history of losing to Stetsons early and storming back.

Florida has lost 4 games by a total of 5 runs. Fielding will improve as people settle into their positions. I don’t think Florida has anything to worry about.

What poll are you using

Our pitching and defense blow arse, esp the bullpen.

I'm dropping 40lbs of crawfish in the pot.

Hoglund was filthy for us last night taking over Ace duty for Doug who is out with the pec injury.
quote:
Hoglund (2-0) allowed just two hits and walked one through his six innings of work, striking out 14. His 14 K's were just two shy of the program record and he recorded the first eight outs of the game via strikeout.

I think your fielding percentage is around 125th. I don’t even want to look ours up. I’m guessing it’s between 150-175. Last I checked Georgia and Ark were the only two SEC teams in the top 50.
We are bad about hitting into double plays, but I’ve noticed the last couple of games that we are being more aggressive at first. Not sure we can continue to do it in SEC play though.
