She wasn't raped ""AT"" LSU. She was at an off-campus bar. And these three out of town young thugs took advantage of her.
LSU President William Tate IV has already chastized the authorities and the bar owner for serving alcohol to them. Their license has been revoked.
And the CAR didn't 'kill' her. The driver did not see her where the hoodlums left her in the street. They also stopped.
The 'mass' shooting in Baton Rouge was nowhere near as big as the California and other ones. It was a north BR bar. Shootings of a few people happen every night of the week in big and medium-size inner cities across this country.

Tate needs to get real familiar with state and US reps and senate for the area and put some heat on the city government.

hope not but looking like they will skate on more serious charges ..all on cell phone video so the wild sorority chick is saying she wants to have sex even though legally she can't consent won't matter to a jury on serious charges...also she got pissed and demanded to be let out of the car again that will keep them away from serious charges like 1st degree rape auto life sentence...probably ends up 8 yrs serves 4 for the adult rapist the rest get half

No dude, they started at the lowest level charges they could…..they are going to increase the charges, you can believe that. They usually start higher level then drop them down.
Louisiana has second hand first degree rape charges…..a person with the BAC she had is almost considered comatose. If those guys sat back and videoed the entire thing….they are going to hit with more.
Looks like they are already seeking first degree charges, like most expected they would.

I agree that's the plan my pernts were that with video evidence the girl wanting sex and wanting to get out ...it won't matter to a jury that technically she could not give consent ..imho ..hopefully I'm wrong..
