Seeing that the last #1 seed to win the CWS was Miami back in 1999, I wouldnt touch that bet with a 10 foot stick. There's some bad juju being the #1 seed.

Just because Tennessee is in the SEC doesnt mean you just get handed a super regional for showing up, you actually have to earn it and USM did.
