The kid that leaked it probably lost his offer and I’m sure he is upset that he was recorded without his permission.
Other than that everything he said being released only helps recruiting.

Truth is not relevant to saban.

Dropped the R word at 1:45. Disgusting. Should be canceled and fired.

Nothing lasts forever. Not even Nick Saban.

Stay 4 years win 2 championships.

He sounds like a used car salesman touting gas mileage, warranty, service department and J.D. Power awards.
Don't you think the recruit knew that already, Nick?
(Besides, his NFL numbers are wrong. Get your facts straight, Saban.)
Frankly, I can't understand why Alabama people are upset that this video was posted. He's not revealing the recipe to some secret sauce here. This is the Alabama sales pitch for as long as Saban coaches there. HE is the secret sauce.
Mike DuBose didn't have it, Dennis Franchione didn't have it and Mike Shula didn't have it, either.
When Saban goes, the neighborhood will deteriorate. Alabama fans who don't recognize that are living in a dream world.
Anybody else find fault in Saban's logic about getting better because his team has so much talent?
It may be true, but how does that help all recruits? Nobody wants to sit on the bench for a season (or two or three).
If I were a top recruit, the chance to start immediately would be a powerful incentive. The coach that shows me how I can contribute quickly is the one that would grab my attention...and loyalty. Not the used car salesman that thinks I'm just another four-star customer.
In the end, look at this way: Anything, like this video, that makes the Gumps uncomfortable is a good thing.
Plus, when we woke up this morning, we were all one day closer to Nick Saban retiring.

Alabama probably leaked it. That way the recruiting pitch gets made to everyone without fear of an NCAA recruiting violation.

I like the 30 for 30 where Bo Jackson describes how Bear Bryant told him that Auburn loses to Alabama yearly and that they would continue to lose, and Bo thought to himself that he was going to change that.

Unfortunately he can't offer recruits the opportunity to beat Bama...

Will Wade should watch this. You don’t offer the cash over the phone.
He made a strong offer to a recruit to compete for a starting position ... that's all. And then the internet went all cra cra.

All you need to know about how good of a coach saban actually is, is his NFL record
Without the overwhelming talent differential he uses at Alabama, he's nothing

If Saban stays at LSU he'd have done the same. The thing is, and Bama fans don't want to admit it but they know it's true: Saban goes to at least 8 schools besides LSU and Bama, he's winning 'ships: Florida, Texas, OU, Georgia, Ohio State, FSU, USC and Tennessee, he's winning ships. Heck, he'd have even won two or three at Michigan and Auburn.

It pains me to write it, but this is all true. I'm not entirely sure about Auburn. I would have added to the list Texas A&M with its limitless cash and soulless pursuit of anything resembling validity in football.
And yet, as someone pointed out above, Saban's system did not do well in Miami.

I've said this all along. Satan's time in the NFL was a complete disaster, he was hated by the players, and the strategies he used in college were totally ineffective in the NFL.
With the talent gap the gumps typically have they should win a title every year, yet they don't.
I can't stand Satan or the Gumps and think he is highly overrated as a coach, when the talent is even close to equal. The 2019 LSU team would have whooped any Alabama team they could have ever assembled in the history of that football team.

Alabama's historical success is due to them being fortunate enough to land the top two tGOAT coaches.
Its more about those guys than the Alabama program itself and before you Gumps get mad, please explain what inherent advantage Alabama has over any other elite program?

Alabama went 30 years without losing a game in Baton Rouge. This is the list of ALABAMA head coaches used to keep that streak alive:
Paul Bryant
Ray Perkins
Bill Curry
Gene Stallings
Mike Dubose
Can you pick out all the great coaches you see there? ALABAMA makes the man.

How does Alabama "make a man" any more than any other elite program?
What specifically does Alabama do?

What does any Mecca of college football University do to historically be great? Don't try to answer that. And coach Saban ain't talking.
