You may not know these answers, but you are kind of painting white boy as a bully. He very well may have been, but the black kid brought a knife, sat under opposing team’s tent, and a fight ensued.

You kinda misunderstood me. I wasn’t insulting the Rangers or Nate Dog however.

But had he been at 112 pitches after 8 innings in second start of season, he is not coming back out in the 9th.

It’s all about protecting and preserving the arms today. No GM, front office, manager, or pitching coach is going to get the stigma of over working a pitcher anymore.

Hence, pulling Leiter after 5 tonight. 1 hit. 70 pitches. No chance for a quality start.

Teams are just now starting the second time through rotations. Aces rarely go past 5 innings in a spring training game at most. To not have anyone go through 8 this early isn’t shocking anymore.

I love it. Kudos to them letting him complete the game. Although his low pitch count I’m sure was reason #1, not his precise dealing today.

Search for some videos on stretches to relieve these issues. I get these and found clips of that have helped over the course of the day. A lot of the neck/shoulder problem can extend through the arm, so a massage or stretch of the area doesn’t always work.

doctorfascia Bryan Geier has a video on TikTok from 8/23/23 that explains and show stretches that have helped me instantly.

Can’t do everything all the time. Always on the go and have to miss certain things. Not easy. Just part of living as you mature.

- marriage (prioritize this, many don’t)

- kids (takes up all free time. Made the choice to have them and raise properly. That’s life. Enjoy them now, because once they have their own families, they will busy being in your current shoes.)

- job (pretty big must)

- hobbies (once kids have hobbies, you have none of your own. But it is just a long temporary. Understand this.)

- fitness (early morning, gotta get after it)

- extended family (sacrifice this)

- community (sacrifice this)

- working on the house (pay people)

Drummond could’ve overpowered mark in the dark hallway and got the gun again. Mark is kinda too much of a wuss to kill him outright. Brienne put up a helluva fight though.
