Wild theory here... maybe he saw how successful it was with Jalen already

If this was known why have him in there up 35-7 on a bum leg, trying to make a pass with less than two minutes in the half. Then blame it on his aggressiveness, does nobody see the irony here.

I mean it's a reasonable question, but I think it's also reasonable to say that the kid has now been hurt 3 of the 4 times in his career on the exact same type of scramble and keep trying to make a play type plays, all at different points in a ballgame, 2 of the 3 while completely healthy.

So, at some point, if you think him doing that endangers him you really have to decide whether he can play at all ever, healthy or not regardless of score, because he plays in a way that can possibly lead to these types of injuries.

I don't think this injury had anything to do with his ankle. It was a mirror image play to the one he initially hurt his ankle on against Tennessee. A roll towards the sideline that he slowed down on to keep scanning the field.

Saban is correct and it doesn't take a football expert to figure that shite out....

All you said may be true but he should have kept his mouth shut. The optics of continuing commenting on something like this is not good. Especially for him since he is notorious for stonewalling and lecturing the media on topics he doesn't want to comment about.

Now, LSU (and others) have fodder on Nick to the effect: "...he doesn't have the kids best interest at heart. See what he did to Tua! Plus similar conduct while at Miami indicates he simply doesn't care about anything but putting another notch in his belt. Do you really want to entrust your kid to a coach who will sacrifice anyone and everyone to advance his own ego..."!!!

So, saban is just talking all of these guys into getting unnecessary surgeries, absolutely ridiculous.

What benefits does his parents gain from him playing hurt?

Who knows. But Tua AND Galu Tagovailoa met with Saban before the MSU game and talked him into playing him

Is Malzahn playing ANYBODY who has had any kind of previous injury or surgery? I honestly have no clue about Auburn's injury situation, but I'd wager there is AT LEAST one player out there for you guys who has been previously hurt. Your rambling has nothing but intent to say Saban has only himself and winning in mind, when in reality the guy does what any coach would do. Injuries are part of the gamble in football. Don't like it, stop following it. And he's right in that Tua does tend to extend plays and put himself in harms way. Get your anti Saban agenda out of here man. You're willingly being blind.

Who was rushing him back to compete in these games?

Tua.

I don't think saban made him play. I think the kid wanted to play.

What pissed me off is he was allowed to play after the injury/surgery

there is so much garbage coming out of Auburn I seriously doubt their ability to even identify what is trash. Saban as he always does, did the next right thing to put his team in a position to win. His statement was correct from a football perspective and also Tua was being considered for a Heisman Trophy, which I think he lost last year from being pulled in the second quarter of so many games. Either way you aren't man enough and haven't accomplished enough to call Saban trash

If the media is still asking questions and he is still responding, someone obviously cares about it.
