Nope. If he was somehow ‘culpable,’ he would’ve been charged with accessory, conspiracy, or at least giving false statements to law enforcement. Until something like that happens, the kid has the right to keep doing his thing.

Alabama was in the wrong place (Knoxville) and the wrong time (last fall) so this appears false.
