SEC needs to start withholding teams TV money when they cancel games.

The SEC is the one that made the dumb contract tracing rule

HOW do you truly crown a champion by faulting a team for a random occurrence of catching a world-wide virus? It's not like they did that on purpose.

& Florida was 1 of the "hot-spots" in the US of having the MOST cases.

Don't remember much about a true lockdown, but know several places who stayed closed despite Kemp complaining they weren't open...yet doing that DID NOT hurt the economy (his & tRUMP's issue of being closed).

But let's reflect on all this:

1 - we did NOT know if there would even be a season
2 - a shortened "mock season" was created with time for make-up games if needed
3 - teams STILL were impacted from the pandemic

Now you're complaining about the schedule? What should they have done...left it open & randomly assigned games for who was healthy that week?

Considering the greater likelihood of missing the Eggbowl by going to Athens and the fact that we're down to one quarterback for the remainder, it's pretty overwhelmingly apparent that there aren't any positives by playing this game.

Heaven forbid people possibly getting sick by being around others who are sick.

Not have a season at all. We knew this shite was going to be stupid and this season is stupid.

State’s problem isn’t contact tracing, it’s the 16 or 17 players who have quit or transferred, neither relating to covid.

They should have to play

I bet you think that having shutdowns is good for the economy as well.

Not seeing anything.Checked the MSU twitter account along with the tweets of MSU beat writers.

We'll know soon enough if their plane doesn't leave Starkville or wherever they fly out of.

I feel like if they were going to cancel they would have already. They already have the test results and no new positive cases. So at this point, if they opt out it's because they are being baby back bitches

They obviously got their tests
results from yesterday but haven't heard if anyone tested positive.

Do you have a link?

No ma'am. I've seen way too many struggle during the first shutdown.

At some point, teams have to be held accountable. Why does UGA have to be punished because of State’s low numbers?

Because that’s classic uga luck. Already got screwed over twice this year by other programs inability to control covid within their programs.

I know I sound like a broken record on this, but an all-SEC season & traditional game dates weren't used? WTF???
