22 Minute Hard Core (BeachBody) thoughts?

Seems like a streamlined version of some of the longer Beachbody workouts. Any feedback? Can it be effective at only 22 minutes?

I love watching YouTube videos of planes landing/taking off. Especially cockpit views of really large planes. There are very cool videos of planes landing/departing some of the major cities in the world that I find strangely cool and relaxing
