I’ll be the 4th or so to chime in and say Madison, MS is the wealthiest place here, not Brandon. Not sure how that got messed up. Maybe Madison was lumped in as Jackson metro, while Brandon is far enough away to be a standalone?

I figured Mississippi’s would be Madison by far
True story here...when I worked in TV, I was the corporate program director for the Fox station in Jackson (and Columbia, MO). Anyway, whenever I would go to the Jackson station, I would always stay in Madison. Nice town.

Rogers may have the most expensive real estate.

Highland Park is on a whole different level of wealth compared to the rest of the South. It’s up their with the ultra wealthy neighborhoods of Manhattan, Los Angeles, Chicago’s North Shore and Palm Beach in terms of the volume of ultra high net worth individuals who reside there.
For shits and giggles I looked up all the houses for sale in Highland Park on Zillow, to see what the absolute cheapest one would cost.
3/3 - 2300 Sq Ft - built in the 1930s - old, dated, and worn-out on the inside, like grandma lived there for the last 60 years without doing any updates/renovations at all.
Not even zoned to Highland Park schools, so residents will send their kids to the 2/10 rated shitty Dallas City highschool nearby instead of Highland Park High.
Literally nothing redeaming about this place, except that it exists inside Highland Park city limits.
$1.2 million. Cheapest house available in the whole city.

You are correct.
Milton, GA has a median household income of $127,487 as of the 2020 census.

And you'd be correct.I googled Johns Creek 2020 census and their household income was 127k.Dont know who put the list together but it's incorrect and there's probably more places than just Johns Creek.

ETA Brookhaven also has a higher household income
Decatur as well and much higher home values.
You beat me to it.

And yeah, if there's a wealthy city than Highland Park anywhere in Texas, I would be very surpised. University Park would be a strong contender for the #2 spot.
Hunters Creek Village has to be amongst those.

Yeah that really surprised me

Definitely is Ladue, in fact I bet Ladue is close to the top when it comes to this list. Median income is $242k and house cost is around $740k. I think Mission hills in kc would be up there too but it’s in Kansas

Not to highjack, but I moved out of Sugar Land a few years ago and had the same Asian neighbor the 20 years I lived there. Absolute best neighbors in the world.
I’m not saying they aren’t great people I was just saying Bellaire has a significant Asian population ~30%. They have an actual area (several blocks) named Chinatown (which is kind of a misnomer since it’s a lot of Koreans and Vietnamese as well) where all the businesses are in different Asian languages. Excellent spot for food. Korean bbq is off the chain. Wouldn’t exactly call it upscale though.
They do have a significant old rich white population but I feel like that’s dying off and the Asian population is growing in that area.
And you’re right, sugarland is very diverse.

Senoia, Georgia
Median household income: $82,485 (state: $51,037)
Households earning $200,000 or more: 5.5% (state: 4.6%)
Adults with at least a bachelor’s degree: 36.8% (state: 29.4%)
Median home value: $212,300 (state: $152,400)
Population: 3,889
I used to live in Peachtree City (before Walking Dead rolled into Senoia) - which is Senoia's neighbor. If this is true, TWD deserves all the credit because that town was literally a white trash version of Mayberry before the Californians took it over.
The two photos OP posted is literally what Senoia looked like when I lived in the area.

This list is 100% factually incorrect.
Florida - Palm Beach (AKA billionaire’s island, this one is not even close)
Georgia - Sea Island
South Carolina - Kiawah Island
Texas - Highland Park in Dallas
North Carolina - Lake Norman
Louisiana - Mandeville
This is the extent of my knowledge.
