Did you happen to look for any missed penalties on the UF side of the coin? I can give you 2 right off the top of my head. There was a bad holding call missed on the edge that sprung the UF running back for that last TD they scored. Since you wanna complain about horse collar tackles being missed Florida horse collar tackled #1 Jameson Williams on a play that was close to the sideline and ended up out of bounds. It was pretty obvious. That’s just 2 off the top of my head. The UF DB’s road the backs of the Bama WR’s a lot. Some were bang bang and some was pretty obvious that the defender was a little early on the hit. Bama did get away with a few calls but UF got away with a bunch themselves. Be objective and go rewatch the game without all the Bama hate and you might see that UF got away with more than enough to keep a few drives moving and allow Bama to put that game away early like they was on track to do.

There were some pretty bad holds by Florida's OL that weren't called. I noticed one by Bama's OL as well. The missed horse collar and pass interference call were pretty egregious, but ultimately Florida still had the ability to win the game but didn't make the plays necessary

Florida was definitely the better team on the field last Saturday, but that damn missed extra point killed them.

What a revelation! If it wasn't for SEC officials Alabama would not have won 118 games and 5 national championships in the past decade. They would be more like Arkansas or South Carolina without that help.
Oh, and by the way, last Saturday, Alabama was penalized 11 time for 75 yards while Florida was penalized 7 times for 67 yards, not to mention a gift TD to the Gators on a blatant holding penalty in the 4th quarter.

You'd think getting down 21-3 in the first quarter and needing the whole game to come back and even have a prayer of winning might've had something to do with it.

It was actually 11 out of 14. Alabama would have scored the only TD in the 2011 game, only to have the ref incorrectly call it an INT by Reid.

Which ones? There were two missed horse collar tackles fla committed against Bama. Two bogus offsides calls, missed PI'S and hands to the face. When you're going to scrutinize 1 or 2 bad calls, remember to pull the plank out of your own eye!

If Bama doesn't go up 21-3 the whole game would be different. Offensive and defensive play calls would be different for both teams.

Truth is college football is a business just like any other business. It does what it needs to do to sell its brand. Right now, "helping" Alabama is good for the brand. Some of us get it.
When LSU won national championships it got "help" along the way, too. It was good for business at that time.
