Because Manning is a fifth round level talent with better wheels. That's why I brought him up. The only reason why the dude is considered a generational talent is because of his last name and the fact that he spent the majority of his high school career beating up on Louisiana's little sisters of the poor.

I thought he has a pretty good game on the road against a team that has a national championship winning defensive coordinator and got pressure all day pretty easily.

He was actually pretty good when throwing the ball Saturday, per that video.
Game awareness was pretty bad though. His two illegal forward passes, the missed snap/fumble (probably was low, I can't remember), taking 1 or 2 sacks that should've been throw aways all made it feel worse than it was for me.
Knowles continues to befuddle Sark and he was running for dear life a lot of the time, so I don't put it all on Arch.

It’s extremely concerning. As is the lack of discipline across the team.
The defense is going to keep us in a lot of games but it’s baffling how anemic the offense has been.

As a Texas fan, I'm ready for the Arch Manning experiment to be over. He's an OK QB. All he really needs to be able to do is drive the bus with the OLine, RBs, and receivers he has, but sometimes it seems like he has a little buzz going, and his thinking and processing gets super slow, and he runs the bus off in the bar ditch.
He's lucky to have the running game and defense bail him out so far, but there will come a game this season, he and the offense are going to blow it big time.

Whew, that duck on the 2nd pass he thrown being completed is a minor miracle.
His best throw was the 7 yard dig route with a guy in his face immediately after the snap.
