Pray tell, how does Ole Miss successfully cheat?
They sign top recruits.

But did they? Can we be sure about that?

It's not true though. Vandy is the SEC program.

All the evidence was there with Miami, the NCAA just fricked it up.
Which tells us that just because the NCAA can't get you doesn't mean you aren't cheating. Hell, it probably means that you've been cheating for so long and at such a high level that they just can't catch you when they try.

1. Vanderbilt
2. South Carolina
3. Kentucky
4. Miss St
5. A&M

You could lump Bama, AU, Ole Miss, Tenn, UGA all together at the bottom.
LSU, Arkie, Aggie, MSU, Kentucky, Missouri, SC in the next group

This is how I'd rank 'em, based strictly on history (# of times on probation, # of years, # of bowl bans, etc), not on current/pending alleged violations or perception...in other words, it's just based on the number of times a team got caught, which may or may not be the best indicator of a clean program. OP said to leave my team out but, if I were to put Bama on the list, I'd probably put 'em between Florida and A&M...

So then we did cheat and we did do it correctly?

If we've been cheating anywhere close to those other programs, then we've been sucking wind for a while now relative to the campus, city, and academics we have to sell on top of it. Which is to say that if Kirby is going to do things on par with those programs you mentioned, you're all about to be so, so fricked.

I give UGA a low mark mainly for all of the off-the-field incidents.
You could be cleaner than perception.

If it helps your angle. I was about to *USCe and say

I think there's a huge difference between being dirty in the scandalous sense of cheating and trying to cover things up and being dirty in the sense of having a tendency to have run ins with the law over really stupid and petty crap. If you want to call us dirty because of the latter, I'm not going to argue the point.
As an example, Tennessee having the Knoxville sheriff give their HC courtesy calls dating all the way back to the Fulmer era is a little more column A than column B

your opinion is all wrong. LSU has only been admonished by the NCAA one time and it was for self reported violations involving one player (that never played).A&M is a national leader in NCAA sanctions, right up there with Auburn. and, of course, your florida gators have been slammed big time, resulting in losing your very first SEC title. ole Charlie Pell. to list bama as a cleaner program than LSU is stupid; you must be about 12 years old or suffer from major memory loss.

I'm looking at all these lists with Kentucky at or near the top...am I the only one who remembers Hal Mumme and that big paying for players scandal they were involved in?

The NCAA gave Auburn a 13 month colonoscopy, on a variety of accusations, and Auburn comes out with a clean bill of health. I would be very interested in seeing how many other SEC schools could endure that kind of NCAA scrutiny.
