Seems like this could be a useful reference. Notice that Missouri and Vanderbilt are the only 2 programs in the SEC to have never been put on probation.

1. Mizzou
2. UK
3. Vandy
4. Arky
5. USCe
6. UF
6. A&M
6. LSU
9. Tenn
9. Bama
9. MSU
12. Auburn
13. Ole Miss

ETA: Also note the correlation between this ranking of cheaters and what we might consider to be the more traditional southern states: the states of Alabama and Mississippi make up the bottom four as being the most low down, cheatinest sons of bitches around; Then you find Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas; then you start to include north Florida (or South, South Georgia if you want to start some shite); then South Carolina shows up (kind of an outlier in this sense, but then that state has kind of been minding itself since it all but started the Civil War); then the places that are kind of pseudo-Southern or not Southern at all like Arkansas, Kentucky, and Missouri (I appreciate Nashville as being a Southern city, but I think we can agree that Vandy is more of a cosmopolitan university than it is a Southern one).

Its hard to say, different programs are dirty at different times in their history. Right now Arkansas seems like a clean program but back in the wild and wooly days of the SWC there was plenty of dirt to be found on the Hogs. Or the Aggies for that matter. It was a point of pride in the SWC to cheat in new and inventive ways.

Moo State seems to be pretty clean right now but it wasn't that long ago that the NCAA dropped the hammer on them. Even Vandy has had its share of problems with their football team, including the sex scandal from just a couple of years ago.

Clean doesn't necessarily mean NCAA trouble only. I don't think Richt ran the cleanest program because he was such a pushover and the team ran afoul of the law. Same with Urban.

You might need to check your list. You have Kentucky and A&M in your top 5.

They fired a coach a few years ago for violations and their boosters conspired with another booster for Cam Newton's services.

Maybe so. I don't know of any NCAA trouble from either of them. A&M doesn't run a very clean program in the discipline sort of way, but I factored that fairly low.

Football only.

Auburn needs to be near the top, unless you honestly believe your school could go through the same anal probing AU did and come out as clean.

I don't know if I would change your rankings without more research. I do know that SC doesn't run a completely squeaky clean program. George Rogers could barely read at 1st grade level , there's no way his grades weren't fixed.

If this is based on clean anal probes A&M needs to be near the top.

It seems that every time Ole Miss gets brought up it's because MSU has first hand knowledge of what went down and not because they're just peaking over the fence at their brother, either; more like they keep finding themselves on the losing end of these shady deals. For example, the whole Cam thing was started because an MSU booster and former player basically came out to say that they tried to pay Cam's dad off but he reneged on the deal. Not to mention all the shite that happened in Memphis with Will Redmond.

I think MSU is as dirty as Tennessee or Bama. They just suck at cheating (and Starkville doesn't do them any favors, either)

I appreciate it, but we are probably too high, we've been fairly clean for a while but back in the days the Hogs were cheating with the best of them. You had to in the SWC unless you wanted to get buried.

Miami can say the same thing and it doesn't make them clean.

Auburn and Clemson are one in the same for multiple reasons, one of them being that both figured out a long time ago how to cheat old school so as to not get caught. Both programs have turned cheating into such an art form that it has actually become a feature of the way things are run there. The legend of Pat Dye's cabin (a UGA man that I'm sure learned the trade from Wally Butts) is one of those good ol SEC stories that didn't just pop up out of nowhere
