Man shot at Grace Life Fellowship Church

ST. GEORGE —- East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting that happened at a gym in a church on Thursday night.
It was around 8:15 p.m. on Jan. 22 when deputies responded to the Grace Life Fellowship Church on Barringer Foreman, off of Airline Hwy., for a shooting.
At the scene, they found a young man shot to the head.
He was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
Anyone with information on the shooting at the church in St. George is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 344-STOP.
Anyone know any more information? Terrible.

Well, the word before the D Williams smoke was that the Leavitt visit was going great and he may even extend into Wednesday (with the idea that we were trying to get a commitment before he left). As soon as the smoke started, things went quiet and he scheduled a visit to Knoxville.

-He is one of the best offensive minds in college football. We will always have a lethal offense as long as he’s here
-He is still young and hungry and has a lot to prove. He’s fueled by his haters.
-He is putting the right people “on the bus” and retaining coaches like Blake Baker that he needs
As far as X’s and O’s- pretty simple: look at what his offense does, and pair it with the Blake Baker defense we already know.
