I'll take the final 4 run over anything. That was my cloud 9.

As a Gamecock fan

Gimme the football success

Final four was awesome an unexpected ... and we lost

But if I had to lose in a college sport, the football national title would be the way to go

Yes, we lost in 2013, so I'll take our first final four and another trip to Omaha.

Yea, it'd be silly to ask about that. Auburn folks rightfully wouldn't trade that one for anything sports related.

I know I'd be in a very very small minority but I'd trade it for a Natty in basketball without thinking twice about it.

I would take an 0-12 football season for a baseball championship.

Check back if we make it to the finals. This year has been the tits, but '13 brought 2 of the craziest endings against our 2 biggest rivals. Ending fricking sucked just like the Final 4 ending.

This year has been pretty damn fun. Got to watch the final four game in person. Want to go to Omaha, but cant swing it right now.

With that said, 2013 was probably the most fun I've ever had as an Auburn fan. It was so crazy at the end.

I witnessed the natty in 2010. Auburn has been so bad in basketball and baseball for the vast majority of my life. Football has been pretty good for most of it. Therefore, I'd have to go with the current run they're on. It has been really fun.

I follow basketball almost on par with football.

I consider the final 4 in basketball on a level with 2010 BCSNC.

I don’t watch much baseball, but I did watch some of the tournament games and I’m happy for the AU team and fans who really follow closely.

All in all, winning a nattie in football trumps most things, but to have a final 4 and college World Series within a spring is amazing.

The Final Four run was one of the all time runs in CBB history, but.... the Hail Mary/Kick Six in back to back games is in a league of its own along with the 2010 Camback and Natty.

If you had one sports year left and got to choose, would you pick the 2013 football season for this all around sports years (magical football run vs magical basketball & baseball run)?

It's a waste of time to think about such things, but 2018/19 football is nothing like 2013. Less excitement. Most teams were bad. Maybe 3 truly good teams? Two?

I’d pick basketball over all of it.

Don’t think I could ever trade the this springs Nashville/salt lake/ Kansas City run for anything... even 2013.

Football has had its moments... but basketball had been a wasteland for 2 decades

Basketball was fun as hell. Baseball I’m glad we’re winning and I love baseball but I’ve never been a big college baseball fan. Always Braves first. I would say the basketball fun absolutely equaled the football fun. Baseball is a significantly step below both but definitely still enjoying it.

The Basketball's run was as fun as any Football run in 2010, 2013, or 2017. The fact that there were other important games being played and that you didn't have ESPN trying to create stories during a 6 week period, made it interesting and fun to watch. Baseball is just a fringe secondary sport that fills a void in the early summer.

Let's be honest. In the SEC, if we are pie graphing fan interest, it's 75% football, 15% basketball, 7% baseball and 3% all other sports. Flip football and basketball for Kentucky and baseball and basketball for LSU, I guess.

So most fans are lying if they say they would exchange an outstanding season in all the other sports for a bad or mediocre year in football.

Having said that Auburn is a bit unique in that we suffered through 15 years of futility in basketball and baseball. Not just lack of postseason, but lots of internal conflict as well. As alumni and fans, we REALLY needed these past two years from the basketball and baseball squads (although they were oddly paradoxical in how they played out).

Another way to look at it: the new AD walked into a very nice situation and Gus and his continuously rotating staff are benefiting as well.

As a football school it would be easy to say 2013 but the basketball team this year was something different. Once we began running our O through Chuma we were one of the 4 or 5 best teams in the country. It felt like we’d win every game. Even after we lost him to injury...when we made the final four I felt like we were the best team left and save a missed obvious call likely would have won the title. As an Auburn fan that is pretty surreal when it comes to basketball.

Baseball has been fun but I thought we’d get out of Atlanta and would have put us at 60/40 against UNC.
