How is that making shite up? Davis walked up to the car, shot, ran away, was shot himself while running away, then went to the hospital. What did I make up there?

The fact that Miller's name hadn't even been mentioned until now is strange. There is no way around that.
The fact the media and officials in Tuscaloosa are bending backwards to keep Miller out of the situation.

If he hasn't been arrested by now he's fine.
Look there's a lot of things schools can cover up to protect an athlete but murder ain't one of them. There's a dead woman involved here if Brandon Miller was culpable for anything he'd be in handcuffs.

If he's a cooperating witness, not necessarily. They know it wasn't his gun and know he didn't shoot anyone. And based on him corroborating the entire series of events, he's a pretty valuable cooperating witness for the state. There's plenty of reasons why and how he could potentially escape being charged for anything.

Well it pretty clearly leads to conflating of the facts of the case and would only serve to muddy up the prosecution (see this thread)
The mere fact that the gun was in Miller’s car has led people to infer that
1. Miller was in the car
2. Miller was part of the argument
3. Miller fled the scene as the getaway driver
None of which are apparently true

He wasn’t in his car when the gun was exchanged, his car was not involved in the shooting, there is no evidence he had any knowledge of what was happening prior to it going down, and he discussed what he saw with the police. Sorry to spoil the party but there is nothing to charge him with. Had he been charged his lawyer would have had that tossed with quickness.

here's Nate Oats quote on this:
Alabama coach Nate Oats: "We've known the situation. We've been fully cooperating with law enforcement the entire time."
"Brandon hasn't been in any type of trouble, nor is he in any type of trouble on this case. Wrong spot at the wrong time."

The amount of people trying to will a deeper involvement into existence for Miller is really odd.

It was his car used in the "driveby" and he was driving.

He drove the car away from the scene after two occupants opened fire on another vehicle.
quote:
While technically not a driveby, it was carried out much the same...sprayed a vehicle with bullets and high-tailed it out of there.
quote:
Davis didn't get to the hospital on foot after being shot by the victims boyfriend. Do you think they sat in the back of Miller's car, exchanged a pistol, ran up to shoot the victim, and then Miller just left the scene? Certainly doesn't appear he notified authorities after it happened but rather cooperated when contacted.
Why are you trying so hard to pin a murder on kid that had nothing to do with it?

Notice that it's mainly the Auburn, LSU and Kentucky posters on this thread?
With the "in the shitter" basketball seasons they're all having, this must soothe the pain somewhat, to deflect from their failures...sad.

How do you know any of that outside the last thing from the article in the OP?

Putting it in Gods hand. Good work Nate. Pray it away!
I don’t understand why that even needs to be said? Weird to me.

I'm not. I'm trying to piece together the entire chain of events leading up to an immediately following a murder, something the local news and law enforcement has failed to do up to this point.

Of no consequence, there isn't a tie to miller, the gun or shot's fired.
Too many things to allege here at best.
You definitely don't want to go locking up a high profile player because they're with 2 people who they already know did the crime. Actor and accomplice..
A gun to commit a murder was exchanged in the back of Miller's car. The question now is what did Miller know. Was he in the car with them? Did he give them the keys to his car to go get the car to commit the murder? Right now Miller is innocent, but I refuse to have my head in the sand over his possible connection to the murder.

and finally from the Tuscaloosa DA himself
Asked by LINK why Miller was not charged, Tuscaloosa chief deputy D.A. Paula Whitley said, “That’s not a question I can answer. There’s nothing we could charge with him according to the law.”

Stop being a dumb arse. Every thread with rumors like this are filled with rival fans saying the worst and the fans of the player usually have their head in the sand. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.
