Whaaa?
Who'd have thought we got detective Hercule Poirot on the board!

Brandon Miller is “not in any trouble” after prosecutors revealed Tuesday details of his contact with teammate Darius Miles the night of Jamea Harris’ killing in Tuscaloosa last month.

law enforcement officers testified that Miller brought Miles the gun that another defendant, Michael Davis, allegedly used to murder Harris.

Before most of you get the ropes out, apparently Miller testified.
“said Miller's account of what preceded the shooting almost exactly matched what investigators gathered from video evidence and other witness testimony.”

So according to this the gun played hot potato: LINK
Miles texts Miller to bring him his gun. (the gun belongs to Miles) so Miller apparently brings Miles his gun.
Miles then tells the shooter Culpepper “The heat is in the hat.”
And “There’s one in the head.”
So Miles instructs the shooter where he can get the gun and that it is loaded.
And again according to the Tuscaloosa DA they will not be charging Miller.

Stop being a dumb arse. Every thread with rumors like this are filled with rival fans saying the worst and the fans of the player usually have their head in the sand. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.

It's weird and sketchy but what exactly do you want Brandon Miller charged with here?
He brought someone their weapon and then that someone instructed a third party to use the weapon.
What are we going to charge him with?

Nah. Miles owned the gun. Unless Miller knew Miles was gonna commit a crime, there’s not much to talk about.

Davis didn't get to the hospital on foot after being shot by the victims boyfriend.
Has anything been released indicating that Brandon Miller drove either Davis or Miles away from the scene? Even if he did, probably not a crime. I'm not admitted in Alabama, but I'm going to bet the accessory after the crime statute in Alabama requires specific intent to hinder the capture of the principal. Driving someone to the hospital for medical treatment wouldn't meet that standard.

quote:...because that's how these people want it to have happened. As always, it easy to "believe" something you want to be true.
The mere fact that the gun was in Miller’s car has led people to infer that
1. Miller was in the car
2. Miller was part of the argument
3. Miller fled the scene as the getaway driver
None of which are apparently true

With now knowing that Miller brought his teammate the gun. Are you allowed to play ignorant with why someone would want their gun all of a sudden?

I'm no expert in the law, but I believe he could only be charged if he knew what the intent of taking Miles the gun was for.
