Whether he did or not, he's a piece of shite for even being involved and doing nothing to try to prevent what happened.

Hold up….They were in the back seat of Brandon Miller’s car…was Miller with them when the shooting occurred…why is Miller not in trouble in this incident?

A lot of questions and answers need to be addressed by Oates.

I seriously hope he isn’t involved. I never want to see a kid’s life or career ruined, even if he plays for Alabama.

If the shooting would've occurred from Miller's car, it would've been mentioned.

So how exactly has Brandon Miller's name not come out until now and why hasn't he been charged with anything? It was his car used in the "driveby" and he was driving. AT minimum, he's culpable for being an accessory after the fact. Only guess I can make is they're not doing anything to him because he's cooperating and making the DA's case for them against Miles and Davis.

"When former Bama basketballer Darius Miles gave his friend Michael Davis the gun he allegedly used to shoot and kill a 23-year-old mother on the Tuscaloosa Strip last month, they were sitting in the back of superstar Brandon Miller's car, investigators said Tuesday."

Based on the report, probably because he wasn’t involved in the argument, didn’t escalate, it wasn’t his gun, and he didn’t fire the weapon
