Over optimistic LSU fans forgetting something

Leavitt looked really good in the B12 with Skattebo in the backfield to hand off to and with two good ankles.
If this doesn't transfer to LSU, and Leavitt is even only an average SEC QB there could be some crushed expectations for that $100 million plus Coaching staff and $50 million dollar roster.
And remember that Lane Quitten retained Blake Baker who in two tries still hasn't been able to coach his guys up to tackle Marcel Reed. So if the third try is not the charm, gonna be a really ugly 4th quarter when the Aggies come back to your stadium this year and kick the Tigers in the arse yet another year in a row.

The thing you're forgetting is that Lane is probably the best offensive mind in college football. He can make an average quarterback look elite. Sam has a good arm, can make plays with his legs, and has far more weapons than that ASU team ever did, all while being paired with a great coaching staff.
What I do agree with is that Blake Baker needs to improve against running quarterbacks, and he needs to know when to dial back some of those exotic defensive looks.
Lastly, Joe Sloan was the offensive coordinator last year, and his play-calling was terrible. It was predictable, and a lot of teams took advantage of that. I don't see Texas A&M having the same success this year because of the reasons I just mentioned.

Will Lane’s second choice QB pan out 2 years in a row? Who knows. Going to be tough with all new players in an all new system.

It's not even close.
Kiffin had the #1 offense in the SEC in 4 of his 6 seasons at Old Piss, while never being outside of the Top 3.
It's Kiffin at #1 and then a huge gap between #2.

Let's not act like A&M beating LSU multiple years in a row is a normal thing, because it is not. It is the first time it has happened since A&M joining the SEC. 2 in a row is no feat to brag about. Let me know when A&M wins 7 in a row against LSU - 6 in a row in conference play, plus a bowl game in 2011.
Honest question - Would you rather have nattys this decade with a few losses to LSU, or beat LSU every year and not win a natty for another 87 years?
Trying to gauge the obsession here.
